Stego can clamp after sleeping

(I know this is a duplicate, but I found an interesting version of it.) After clamping a target and sleeping as a stego, it will allow you to continue to use clamp even after the 60 seconds have ended.

The dino was dropped from my tail as I entered the sleep animation. After it was free, I could continue to use clamp whether or not the timer was still active when it was let go.

For the ability to be locked after the timer runs out.
