Water drip animation dont move with dinosaur movement

When wet, water dripping down the back of the Eotriceratops frills doesn't move with the head.

When i turn my head side to side, the rivulets of water running down the frills maintain their own trajectory independent of my characters movement.

The water rivulets should move with my characters body movement
