Missing or Extra Location Names

There are location names that are either missing or incorrectly present on the map.

Extra location‑names present only on the single‑player map, or missing location‑names on the official map.

If this location name is a bug, it should not only appear on the single‑player map, but also show up on the official map.
If this is a location name that was removed from the official map, it should not appear on the single‑player map either.
