The terrain visuals were not loading in, even after everything else did the ground beneath and around me stayed untextured

While standing on top of a cliff in Riverland the terrain was not loading in, the ground was just covered in some weird untextured visual

Ground should’ve had textures similar to what the surrounding terrain was
