Camera gets stuck high up in the sky after entering game

When I log in and join a game session, my camera view gets locked high in the sky. I cannot move or lower the camera to see my dinosaur normally.

After I log in and spawn into the game world, my camera gets stuck way up high in the sky. I cannot drag or move the camera down to see my dinosaur, mouse and keyboard inputs can't fix this issue. Screenshots are attached.

The camera should follow my dinosaur normally after spawning, and I should freely control my view.
