"Healing Presence" hide activates with an active Homecave buff (Metri | Lamb)

A new bug has appeared since the Stego TLC update. The "Healing Presence" hide/effect triggers when sitting down, even if the Homecave buff is currently active. Normally, players cannot receive any other buffs while the Homecave buff is active.

The "Healing Presence" effect activates and becomes visible when sitting down, despite the player having the Homecave buff active.

The "Healing Presence" effect should not appear or apply while the Homecave buff is active, as no other buffs can be received during this state.
