(KOTH TEST) Issue with closing menu/chat, locking me in place.
Description
I and my friends keep experiencing issue with closing the menu and chat, it keeps locking us in place and doesnt let us close it even when spamming the tab or control to close menu.
In the end of both videos, the tab fails to close my gameplay, I have scanned and repaired and it still locks me in place leaving me vulreable and blocking a part of my screen.

Observed Result
This happens on PC and Console according to my friends.
My friend Ravenaeria (272-773-327) would prefer BT ALLO. Id prefer BT CAMPTO!
You cannot close the chat/menu even when spamming the button. This is shown in my video.
Expected Result
I should be able to close it naturally as I can on officals or other servers.
Steps to Reproduce
Just play as normal and sometimes you cannot close the tab and it locks you in place.
Maybe spamming the tab makes this bug occur, it can either lock you in chat or out of chat.
Can happen with the ESC for menu or TAB for chat.
